Best time for belly photos?

I have not taken a single photograph of my belly. Today, DH insisted that we get some professional shots taken. I told him that this is not considered the optimal time and was wondering if anyone knows when it is.

I've been told 30 weeks is best. You are big, but not so big that you feel uncomfortable. I wasn't able to schedule mine until 32, so I hope I'll feel up to it. (4th child)

I'll be around 32-34 weeks when I get mine done at the end of March. I'm due May 6.

I've done them anywhere from 28 - 34 weeks. I personally think 34 is pushing it because the mama is often uncomfortable and feeling big by then. You should still be feeling confident when you have them done.

My good friend is a photographer and did my maternity pics with DD#1...the prime time is between 32-34 weeks...your bump looks the best and most likely you haven't started retaining water yet.

We just did mine at 22 weeks and they turned out great!! I have also been showing for a long time and have a nice round belly!! They were so much fun! I posted some last night and will post more when I get them next week! My profile pic is one of them!!
