Woke up Crying!

in 2nd Trimester

So I woke up crying in the middle of the night....I had the worst charlie horse!!!!!  It was to the point where any slight movement hurt horribly.  Crying

Then, again this morning, just before my alarm went off, the other leg did it!!!!  OUCH! 

Now, my calves are sooo sore!!!  Must google WHY this happens?!

    calcium also helps. They are pretty common in pregnancy.

    I am so sorry this happened! I had this with my last pregnancy. I had to get up and walk mine off or they lasted for a few minutes. Sometimes DH would have to rub it. The sore legs the next day are TERRIBLE!

    Booo.  That sucks.  I had a month in the summer when I would get leg cramps in BOTH legs at once.  I couldn't even stretch them out because if I stretched one way, the other way would cramp.  More potassium I believe is the answer.

    I just read about the banana thing!!!  Walked right out the door without one!  :(  But, I am drinking water right now.

    Uh yeah.  DH was freaking out because he didn't know what to do.  I just lay there crying for 10 mins until they went away.  Not fun!

    Not fun!!! My DH didnt even budge in his sleep!  And, I was not being quiet about how much pain I was in.
