swelling question

Tonight i noticed that my legs are swelling.  This is the first I have noticed it but due to the pre-e i had with daughter, i am freaking out that it is happening so early with the triplets since i am so freaking out.  Should I be this worried ??  Is it a sign of trouble to come? What can i do to help the swelling? Thanks,

    Everything is going to happen earlier with triplets, to help with the swelling sit with your feet proped up higher then your belly if you can.

     

    Are you drinking lots of water, You should be drinking at least 8 8oz glasses a day, reduce the amount of salt and sodium you eat.

    Call your doctor to put your mind at ease.  DO what the previous poster said, water, legs up.

    You can also ask your doctor about compression socks.  I found that although they were really uncomfortable, they definitely helped.

    I may be wrong but I thought pre-e was far less likely in the 2nd pregnancy (if it is the same father)... of course triplets are a different matter entirely, but hopefully it is just some swelling with no further worry.
