I have been wondering this too! I eat muesli every morning (with oats in it) and wondered if that is just as good - or do the oats need to be cooked? And, really, how does it help supply???
Well, its non-scientific, so there are only guesses. Some is that it is high in iron, which can help. As a comfort food, some people find it relaxing. And, a lot of the things meant to help also reduce cholesterol...whatever it is that helps do that may also affect milk supply.
So the quick answer: we don't know for sure. All you can do is try it and see.
