That seller has one set that is black with skulls. No butterflies or anything else, just skulls. I agree to each their own, but I find this a little out there.
I did have a co-worker who was obsessed with the goth look that Japanese girls dress like (I can't remember, but they look like dolls?) and was going to dress her baby girl like that. Wanted all these weird outfits for her. But if she didn't get black outfits with the ruffles and stuff, then her little girl was only going to wear boy clothes.

Some people are strange.
that is called Lolita- and what I do for Halloween ever year, becuase I love it and wish I lived in Japan so I wouldn't be made fun of for liking it so much. But its more about looking like a doll than goth, you can be a Lolita without the black outfits.
I just love how everyone puts so much emphasis on bedding. The baby doesn't give a crap and the room never looks like it has a theme once it's used. Who cares if they do skulls?

She was insistent that it be only black though. That was the weirdest part. It was two extremes - dress her in the Lolita style (thanks for reminding me of the name!) or dress her like a boy - that was the weirdest part for me.
is it terrible that I kind of like them? I really don't think I could do the skulls (LO will be rocking the spencers outfits though) because I just don't like the style
but I would love to do a more gothic victorian look for the baby... I think I'd cause some of my family to seize

Well the only black or boy that is kinda strange but no more strange than me refusing to put my baby (if its a girl or boy) in PINK! But I will say I might dress my little girl like a doll sometimes.
Yikes. That's not what I expected. My best friend has these hilarious cartoony skull-and-cross-bones leg warmers for her baby girl. They are adorable- the skull things even have pink bows.
That bedding falls more on the creepy side of things.

I kind of like the skulls but maybe if it was a different pattern. It is too busy for me. I have seen some really tasteful (if that can describe it) skull patterns. I clicked and saw the Nightmare Before Christmas ones. I really like them!
I would have to say that I probably would not have this bedding for a baby, but I sure would consider it for my toddler.

Re: Speaking of the tri boards
Rock on Baby! Rock on! to each there own but its really not MY style (or anyone I knows style)
lol I just took a closer look there are butterflies and roses too!
That's really weird, coming from someone with the user name of "dreamsicle" doesn't exactly scream gothic punk, but ok.
Definitely NMS and a tad weird for a baby, but if it floats her boat--more power to her?
