Where can you find the halo sleep sack? I have a swaddle wrap from walmart that I hate. I checked walmart and target, and haven't found a halo one at all.

Also, Doc says I have a clogged milk duct, which explains feeling flu-ish. If you've had one, what helped most? I heard to take hot showers, pump/nurse as often as possible, massage it... what works best? anything else that can help it unclog quicker?

    Nurse your LO with their chin facing the blockage - it will direct suction at it and should draw it out.

    we got our halo sleep sacks at BRU...we LOVE it!!!! DS likes to kick his legs out of swaddle blankets yet he gets cold, so he can kick his feet around in the sack and still stay warm:-)

    There is a huge variety of Halo's at diapers.com.  Plus, if you've never ordered from them before you can get a 10% discount.  For the clogged ducts... heat definitely helped me the most and as uncomfortable as it was massaging the area of the block while pumping.
