  Very cute outfit! I have a onesy for our LO with a lady bug on it just like the one in the pic then on the butt of the onesy there's a smaller lady bug. I think ours is a short sleeve though...

  This is my concern...Dr says she'll only be between 6-7lbs. DD#1 was 6 lb 10oz. Her going home outfit was 0-3 months but it was summer so it was a little dress. I think I will also bring a newborn outfit we have so she doesn't look too silly in case she is tiny.

  It'll be big on her, but it is incredibly cute! I especially love those little shoes. Like pp said, you'll have ample opps for her to wear them again.

  That's adorable! Our coming home outfit was picked based on the same logic. DD's name will be Ally and DH calls her "Ally Cat" all the time. We found a cute onesie with a cat on it and a hat with ears.
