DH and I decided that we'd like to take the kids up to the snow next Saturday! We've never gone up to the mountains and so I am wondering where the best place to take the kids (18mo and 3) would be. Im assuming we'd just play, make a snowman, and sledding. I'd hate to have to pay a ton for it so if you'd know of an area that would be family friendly, I'd love to hear!
*Also, will we need chains??? I have a 2WD Kia Sorento
TIA!

Re: Snow question...
We've gone to Rainier a few times. It does cost $15 but that's the National Park fee. The last time we went we needed chains but that was 2007 and the mountain was covered. I would take them just in case because they will turn you away if it is required the day you go and you don't have them.
Right now we are debating between Snoqualmie and Rainier. Rainier has a sledding hill that they actually have groomed but it's only a few people at a time so you have to wait your turn and walk up to the top. When I went to Snoqualmie, ages ago, it was one big hill that you went down whenever and they had a rope tow that took you back up so you didn't have to hoof it in the snow. Hope that helps!
No clue.
I have a little sled that is fun to pull the little one around in if you want it. I will be in Sumner on Tuesday and Wednesday.
That would be awesome! I'd love to borrow it!! We have nothing : lol. I will also be in Sumner on Tues too! I'll msg you my number on Facebook and maybe we can work something out!
Thank you so much
