Clam chowder - what was I thinking?

I thought I'd make some last night to go with grilled paninis. It was really underwhelming. Not surprising, since I went to CookingLight.com to find a recipe. Usually I love Cooking Light, but some things just shouldn't be lightened, and clam chowder is clearly one of them.

Bummer! I love clam chowder with few clams! We had a bummer dinner last night as well. Used the alfredo recipe off of Olive Garden's website and it was a bust...used 6 yolks too and now I'm out of eggs....I really want brownies!
