  I used to use a bunch of actions and now I don't have any installed.  I was meaning to try hers out.  I really like Childish David's black and white actions.

  AU - It's really easy for PS.  Lightroom it's a tad bit more involved, but still really easy.  There are tutorials online if you run a search.
