PSA- Prometrium & Peanut Allergies

Ya learn something new every day. 

Apparently Prometrium can't be used if you have peanut allergies b/c it is made with peanut oil.  This is information that would have been useful to me before I got my prescription filled.  Thank you, Miss Pharmacist, for failing to read the patient information card that I filled out (which indicates I have food allergies) RIGHT before you filled my prescription.

Of course I didn't notice the warning label until I got home.  Can you return prescriptions for a refund?  I'm so annoyed.

    You should TOTALLY be able to return the prescription, especially if you already have it on file that you have food allergies.

    You can totally return the prescription for a refund.  Get in your car and go.

    Oh good, I will definitely return it then.  I just hope there is a substitute.  Time to call the dr. office...
