What kind of cookies should I bake?

I have a cookie exchange tomorrow and need 3 dozen cookies. I'd love to do oreo cookies but I need something easy and fast so I think that's out.

Any good recipes? I want something that will wow everyone but not be too labor intensive since DH is sick.

Oatmeal scotchies! SO delicious. I think the recipe is on the back of the butterscotch chips bag. Very easy as well.

I think I'm going to attempt the oreos. I'll have to double the recipe so I have enough but that's okay
