light brown when I wipe...

So, since my bleeding scare on Tuesday, when I wipe it's brown.  As of Tuesday the baby was fine and growing.  But I'm still concerned about this light brown discharge when I wipe.  Did anyone have this?  

My nex u/s is scheduled for the 14th, exactly one week from today and it can't get here soon enough....

    i have that almost constantly, but apparently i have a reason for that now with the previa.  as long as it is brown (ie old blood) i don't worry.  its just the red blood that gets my heart rate up a little.  (((HUGS)))  I hope this all calms down soon and you can have a peaceful and only exciting in good ways pregnancy!

    My RE said not to worry unless it looks like your period.  I had a few days of spotting and one day where I soaked 2 pantyliners.  The spotting was brown but the bleeding was red.  He checked me the next day and we still had a heart beat.  I haven't had a problem since the bad bleeding episode.  I've been told by lots of people that bleeding is normal and will stop in the second trimester.  I start that tomorrow so we shall see.  My RE did increase my Progesterone.

    I had brown spotting from just after 4 weeks until just after 6 weeks.  Around 5 1/2 weeks, I had a gush red bleeding in the toilet and thought it was the start of a miscarriage.  I went for an ultrasound 2 days later and we saw the baby and heartbeat!  Everything looked good!  My doctor thinks it was a hematoma and I think he was right because the spotting stopped over 3 weeks ago and everything has been fine since.  So I think a lot of the time it can be nothing.  Good luck!
