Remind me how to get diaper cream out of BG's?

My DS has had a rash and we have had to use cream at night when he is in his BG's - I do use a liner - but noticed when the BG's came out of the wash that there looks to be cream still on them.  I remember talk of getting it out, but don't remember exactly.  Can you enlighten me?

    I had the same problem.  It actually didn't interfere with the diaper's functionality though.  I tried scrubbing with dawn and a toothbrush but that didn't do anything.  I did strip them but there was still evidence (staining I guess) from the cream.
