Can I take anything for a cold?

I'm feeling crappy and my supply seems to be tanking. I'm not sure if it is cold related or not. Is there any kind of cold medication I can take?

    I wasn't able to take anything and was plagued by recurrent sinus infections.  They doc had me use a Neti pot and cepacol throat drops.  Not much else because of bfing.  Make sure you are staying overly hydrated as your supply needs the extra fluids. 

    My doc explained it to me that when I had a sinus infection, all of that fluid that I was losing from blowing my nose, had to be replaced with water or other beverages.  Drink, drink, and drink some more.  Even if you don't want to or your supply will be impacted.  Feel better!

    Mucinex (not the "D" version) and Tylenol... that's all my LC/nurse said to take.
