Crafts/Activities - What do y'all do?

I'm bored! :-) We go to Gymboree & Storytime & whatnot, but I need more fun things for us to do at home. What do you do (with your toddler)?

I just checked out "the toddler busy book" from the library. There are 300+ crafts in there. I figure there have to be a few that we can do.

One I thought was cute was taping a "road" on the floor and getting down on hands and knees and driving cars on it.

Finger painting, painting at the easel with brushes, drawing with markers. She's not crazy about play dough yet, but that's something else you could try. I've also baked cookies with her a few times and was surprised how successful it was.

We baked a lot of cookies last year. Now we're baking bread -- so far it's going well. Got this cute Doodle Bread Kit which is kind of a healthy but still fun alternative that doesn't find me sneaking downstairs to pack on the pounds come midnight.
