Success after IF

Just about to crap out of diaper...next size?

Jacob is finally over his tummy bug and back to normal poo.  I've noticed in the past few days that he is just about to crap out of every diaper.  Its just about to come out of the top.  (No blow outs yet!)

Does this mean that I need to move to the next size?  We use Pampers Cruisers and he's in size 3 (16-28lbs).  He's about 21lbs, so right in the middle.  Size 4 goes 22-37lbs and that seems too big.

I feel like I'm tempting fate with every poo.

  • Diaper sizes confuse me but I go up when I notice that their clothing is getting wet/poo'd on.

  • You might as well give it a try!  We're in size 4's.  Jake is about 22.5 lbs, but we moved over at 21.5 lbs.
  • I would.  We're in size 4s at night and O is 29.5" and 19 lbs.  They fit surprisingly well.  I think the weight ranges are pretty useless.

  • I know that pampers come in a 2-3 size, do they also have a 3-4 size since he seems in between?

  • I think you should just try him in a 4 and see how it fits. DS has been in Pamper Cruisers 4's for about 2.5 weeks. He was 21lbs at his 6 month appointment. We decided to move him up to 4's because he was having a lot of leaky pee diapers over night since he STTN 12 hours and he was having more blow outs during the day.
  • We've been in 4's for some time now and not because of weight but because of her chunk-a-monk legs.  The 3's were getting a bit tight around her legs.  I love her legs!  Anywho, I'd definitely give it a shot though!
