Is your tummy still flabby? I am back down to my pre-preg weight of 115, but my tummy is still so much looser than before. Anyone get their flat tummy back? Did you do crunches or what?
I don't think it will ever be the same, especially around my belly button. I did end up with a few stretch marks so I know there is no hope. It's flat, but there is just extra skin I can't do anything about.
My stomach had gone back to normal by the time I got pregnant again (8 months pp). It was the Shred! I'd lost the weight before I started the Shred and was still a little softer in the tummy, but after a month of the Shred, my stomach was looking good.

yes i'm down 20 pounds lighter than i was pre pregnancy.. but my stomach and Love handles are still big and driving me crazy! i would love to know what people would do.
Yeah my finally went back to what it looked like before but it took a year and I did bunch of tummy exercises This website actually has good once https://www.pregnancy-info.net/topic_other_topics.html But now I feel like it all went to nothing since my belly is getting huge again! I can redo it, I hope!
I use to run and kick box before being pg. I still did light kick boxing throughout my pregnancy. 6 weeks after giving birth, I started up again. I now have my 6 pack back but my skin around the belly button was stretched out so that's a tad loose. It still bothers me though. I also wore that stomach band right after I gave birth for 3 months and I nursed

I am back to my pp weight but my stomach is soft. I have just started doing some core stuff (planks, bridges......etc) and will make my core/belly the focus over the next couple of months.
The butt on the other hand is very flat and very flabby. I HAVE to work on that!
My stomach looks pretty much like it did before (it wasn't totally flat though). I work out a lot and do core exercises in between sets of other things. And a decent amount of cardio.
yes. and all of my friends are the same way. they warned me it would be that way but i didn't believe them. it doesn't help that my C/S incision got infected and all the BS they had to do to it in the months following left one side a little flabbier/saggier(?) over the incision than the other side.
ETA: I work out 5 days a week doing cardio and weights but no crunches. i refuse to do stomach exercises (lol). maybe that's my problem.

this, minus the stretch marks. I have a fairly toned tummy but it's still not the same, and I have extra skin and a mangled belly button.
Mom to 2 beautiful girls, 3 yrs and 22 months old. My 2nd was born at 32 weeks due to Rhogam failure/severe complications from Rh disease and is our miracle. She has bilateral auditory neuropathy and a cochlear implant, activated 4/5/2012 at 19 months.
To me it is pretty much the same. I have never really worked out much more than walking and some yoga/stretching. But I have never carried any extra weight in my midsection either. The skin may be slightly looser, but overall I am ok with how my stomach looks. Of course, it is going to get all stretched out again here soon!
I am ten weeks pregnant and still below my ppg weight from DD BUT my body has changed and my stomach is not as pretty as it used to be. I was about to start working on that and bam I got pregnant. Alas, one day I can exercise again.
It has a slight bump above the c/s scar. I have like a 2 pack of decent abs at the top, and then the bottom half is a little bit poofy. I am not impressed.?
mine is pretty flat now..but def not as toned. takes a lot more effort to keep it tight now. perhaps if i had the time to workout like i used to it would look pretty much the same...but i don't..sigh
I'm 5 pounds less than my pre-pg weight, but after 3 kids I'm still packing some baggage in the front. It was never flat to begin with, but I do a lot of cardio and strength training to tone what I do have. That seems to help with any flabbiness:)
Well, I've gained about 5 lbs. with the holidays, so I'm definitely not feeling fit right now, but hopefully a few weeks/months/er, years on the treadmill will help that.
Since I am all torso, I think my stomach managed fairly well with the pregnancy. After I had Anna, I did crunches with my ab roller for a few weeks, and my stomach was back to how it was pre-pg. However, I was steam mopping my floors the other day, and I felt a jiggle - I didn't even have that after I had Anna.
So, yeah, my jiggly ass is back into a workout routine again. Summer is right around the corner, and we want to bring Anna to the beach!
Re: If you lost all of your pregnancy weight...
I refuse to answer due to my jealousy of your your pre pregnancy weight.
Yes, my tummy never was quite the same- and I lost 8lbs more than my pre pregnancy weight. I didn't try to work my abs out all that much though.

I now have a lovely skin flap thing. I dunno. my tummy was always flat when I stood up, now there's this...lump. UGH!
But I haven't tried to get rid of it....hoping when I do start, it'll go away!
