  Do they know how many nesties/bumpies there are that will come throat punch them for being so dumb?!?!

  I thoroughly hate quest. I am not a hard stick by any means and every time I go in for blood work, it's a one shot deal. I had to go through quest about a year back and the lady poked me 5X! I was like "Enough! Take the needle out. I will come back." I went elsewhere and they had no problems. 

  Quest sucks!
