How often do you change/wash bedding?

I change and wash the kids bedding probably have 1.5-2 weeks. I've been cleaning and organzing around here for a couple of weeks now and I was just curious when I loaded the washer with sheets from xmas (I'm catching up on laundry- lol!)

DS every week. The rest of us, every 2 weeks.

2 weeks or more. Pillow cases every other day. We have a sheet protector thing on the kids' beds that I change once a week.

At least 1x per week but I have really bad allergies so I tend to do them more often.
