I use the CBEFM first thing in the morning and then use OPKs later in the day. I use the test strips, but I have a hard time reading the colored stripes. So I picked up the CBE digital OPK with the smiley face. Today the CBEFM read "High", the test strip isn't showing a second stripe to match the test stripe, but the digital OPK gave me a smiley face. I'm supposed to do an IUI with my fertility doc, so the surge is really important. Now what do I do? Nothing matches. I put in a call to the doc, but they don't open again until tomorrow morning (they have a weekend office phone line). Anyone have any experience with getting different readings from different test strips?

Re: opk question - IUI depends on it.
Did you take the test at different times? That could make a difference.
My RE recommended I use the digital OPK's with the smiley face. But I never had a smiley face so I'm not much help. I would call first thing tomorrow morning and let them know it's urgent you speak to a nurse.
I only used the CBE digitals for OPKs. I tested in the morning, didn't get a positive, and then tested late afternoon and did.
Because of the positive, my RE moved my IUI to the next morning (instead of 2 mornings later) and I did not trigger like I was supposed to.
If it were me, I'd use the digital positive and call your RE to see when they want you to come.
I never used CBEFM so I can't really help with that.
My RE recommended the CBE tests with the lines and I had a hard time telling if the test line and the control line were the same or darker so I asked if I could switch to the digital because I would get a smiley on those. The nurse said they don't usually recommend those because some women do not have enough of a surge to register to get the smiley face. I guess my point is (and the opinion of my RE), if you get a smiley that's definitely a positive. Oh, and they could all be different results when done at different times during the day. Good luck!
Same situation for me this cycle except I tested with a digital at night (although a couple of days ago). My RE still triggered me the next day, and the IUI was the day following. GL!
After 4 years, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs our surprise miracle is here!
