Spit up and baby food stains

DD keeps spitting up and now that she is eating baby food she is staining everything. Boy baby food sucks. What do you do I try to keep a bib on her but it rolls off and she still spits up on herself.

Is there so great stain stuff that I should be using ?

I use resolve spray on spots and than wash in all free and clear.

  • oxiclean works pretty well

  • Use the disposable bibs. Pampers makes them and there's also a generic brand, they're not expensive. That's what I use when I'm giving DD baby food such as peas and carrots so they won't stain her bibs. They're also large enough to cover her whole shirt and they have a foldable pocket so if any food falls off their mouth it'll fall in there. Those have been pretty convenient for me.  If not, oxy clean works well to remove stains.  If you have a pre-wash option on your machine you can try that as well.
  • oxiclean out out the alfredo sauce that I spilled onto DSs clothes when I left the Olive Garden takeout in the diaper bag by accident... so I am going to say that oxiclean can do anything :)

  • I roll up DS's sleeves so that helps. We also use Oxiclean spray and love it!
  • Another vote for oxyclean... Soak the clothes before your regular wash.

  • DD has reflux so we deal with LOTS of spit up in our house. I keep a tub filled with water and a scoop each of oxyclean and detergent on the dryer. Anything stained soaks there until I do wash.
  • Bumpkins makes reusable waterproof bibs.
