NYE plans canceled

We ditched other more "adult" plans to go to dinner with friends and their DD.  It's snowing, so they just called and canceled. 

Looks like it's just the 3 of us tonight.

Sad and glad about this all at the same time.  If it's really going to keep snowing I think I'm happier at home!

    Aw, I'm sorry the plans fell through :(

    But DH and DS are the best people to ring in the new year with anyway. Just think - next year you will have one more to add to the party.

    We ditched the adult plans because we felt like it was important to ring in the new year with DS.

    Good news is we can walk to dinner in the snow and still have a nice evening :)

    We've got DS tonight too.  I just don't like the idea of leaving him on a holiday.  We are going to a party, but coming home whenever he's done.  Oh, and my ku bff will be very useful as the DD tonight :)
