Anyone with Baby Jogger stroller? (City Elite here)

We have the City Elite Baby Jogger.  We've only been using it for about 1 month, and the lil' strap that you pull to collapse the stroller isn't working.  Well, I should say that it works, but seems very loose and the stroller won't snap into place to use.  Anyone have a problem like this?  Thanks!

    We have the city mini and have never had a problem with closing it.

    like the others I have the City mine and don't seem to have that problem but I have notice the "pull here" strap is looser. I would call there help line the people are great & if it's under a year it's still under warranty. I lost one of the strap covers & they send me new one out with no cost to me

    Is it loose folded up or open? If open be sure you have the side straps snapped closed - I've forgotten to do that before after unfolding.
