Whats with sleeping with the bottles?

I thought this was a 'no no'....almost all these babies are sleeping with the bottles in their mouths.

    Have they shown the part where the baby girl was sleeping with a bottle and like 15 heavy blankets? One blanket fine, but multiple? She was naked except a diaper, why not just put some damn clothes on her?

    OMG. DH and I watched the last episode just now and are watching the new one and we said all the same things. I feel so bad for those babies, esp. the Amber and Gary one. And the couple who gave the baby up for adoption, their parents are TRASH. The smoking is making me gag and all they keep saying is how they shouldn't have given the baby up but could you imagine the life it would have had with those grandparents.
