My FFTC:

You think I was new to this whole pumping/BFing thing.

freshly pumped is good 4-6 hours room temp

fridgerated good up to 8 days

I had the whole damned thing BACKWARDS! As in 8 hours and 4-6 days! Confused way to go me!

Learn from mistakes but this was not a small one to make! Luckily it was only the first batch pumped at work out longer than 4-6 hours but still!

That's ok, it's momma-brain. Glad it wasn't too much left out though. I cry when I have to throw out BM...
