How early did you hear HB via doppler?

I just moved my appointment up from next Wednesday aka "an eternity" to this Thursday, bc my parents are in town and I would love for them to be there. I'll be 10 weeks, anyone have luck hearing HB at 10 weeks?

my ob doesn't even try until 14 weeks. Before that he uses the u/s machine.

I first heard it with a home doppler at about 9 wks and some change. The Dr. checked it at 11 wks.

I heard it at 11 weeks, though it took a few minutes for my doctor to find it.

With DD it was 10w 4d. This time it was 12w 1d.

I was 10w6d in the dr office. Did not take long for my dr. to find it. I heard your weight and how full bladder is (the fuller the better apparently) help in getting an early read.

At 9w4d, the dr. could not find the HB with the doppler. They did an u/s to find it instead. I found the HB with an at home doppler at 11+ weeks, but it took me a while to find it.

I got into a car accident at 7 weeks and 5 days. I heard it that day when I went to go get checked out after the accident. I'm sure you'll hear it at 10 weeks. GL!!!

Thanks ladies, I knew it was a risk going in earlier, but I really wanted my parents to be there, they leave town that day, and it will be really special. Now I'm afraid it's too early!

I heard it around 10.5 weeks via doppler at the doctor's office. The doctor was skeptical, but she found it right away. On another note, I couldnt find it on my home doppler until around 13 weeks.

I still have not heard it so try not don't freak out if you are unable to hear it though it is difficult. GL!

We weren't able to hear the hb until 13 weeks 6 days, but I was told that I had a tipped uterus. The doctor tried at 10 wks 6 days and wasn't able to hear it, so we did an ultrasound instead.

We heard the heartbeat the first time at our 16 week appointment. Our midwife wouldn't try before then with the doppler.

Mine won't try until after 12 weeks...I had an appt at 10 weeks and they wouldn't do it

Our LO was so stubborn. Even after 23 weeks she moved and was avoiding the doppler. And, 23 was the first time we'd been able to pick up her HB on the doppler. We tried at 11w, 15w...just never caught her HB. I just get an U/S a visit anyways especially since I'd probably worry if I was sent home after that.

I heard baby's heartbeat with the doppler at exactly 10 weeks. I had to schedule a last minute appointment, and since I was 10 weeks, we gave it a try. Heard the heartbeat right away - which was awesome! GL!
