  If I see "Colen" I want to pronounce it like "colon" and that's just not something you want to do to anyone. I like the way it is in your sig: Colin.

  I think either Colin or Collin are perfectly acceptable. I do agree with pp about Colen making me think it's pronounced Colon though. Haha

  Thanks..  I had never even seen it spelt with an 'e'  before, but someone mentioned it to me the other day, and my mom thinks only 1 'l' makes it sound loke colon too.

  We are using the same spelling as you.  My aunt and cousin thought it was Collin with 2 ls, but it appears that either are "correct."

  all the guys i went to school with who had that name spelled it "Colin"
