TTC After a Loss
Christmas miracle, aka WTF?
OK. So, I am a card-carrying Infertile. I see an RE. In 18 months I have had 2 m/c's, an HSG, a hysteroscopy, several Clomid cycles and countless follie checks, and more BFNs than I can count. I gave up charting and testing months ago. DH has 80% abnormal sperm and was out of town starting on CD 14 this cycle. We gave it a shot anyway, but were gearing up for our first IUI w/ injectables cycle this month.
Yesterday I realized I was 3 days late. Against my better judgement, I tested and got this:
I'm completely stunned, ladies. I wonder if the third time will be the charm, but I can't help but feel like I am waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Oh my gosh, what an amazing Christmas present!! Just look at that seriously dark line!! :-D :-D Nothing makes me happier or gives me more hope on this board than to see someone who's been here for so long get their BFP. I hope the rest of us can join you soon!! CONGRATS sweetie!!

8/09 Dx w/Compound Hetero MTHFR--Neevo, Metanx & BA
BFP #3 - 1/11/10 - DD1 born 9/16/10 @39w4d, 8lbs 14oz & 20in.
Heparin from BFP to 34wks.
BFP #4 - 10/4/11 - DD2 born 6/2/12 @38w1d, 8lbs 11oz & 21in.
Same med protocol as last time, but heparin continued until delivery.
BFP #5 - 3/30/14, EDC 12/10/14!!
Beta #1-76 (12dpo), Beta #2-238 (14dpo)
4 losses (cp Feb 28 09, mc April 9 09 (5w5d), mc Aug 10 09 (7w1d), d&c Apr 12 10 (grew to 6w3d, mc confirmed at 8w5d). RX: Overies PCOS (hormones normal) & Balanced Translocation of Ch. 7 & 13 (40-50% mc risk)
