It still surprises me that Evelyn is in the top 100 for this year. Its #79. But at least its not in the top decade names!

this is the kind of thing i checked into when we choose our baby's name. i hate popular names. esp aiden!

When I chose ds's name back in 2003 (Jaedon), i had never even heard it before...I thought I was being so original. LOL! Now I see & hear that freaking name everywhere. I am trying to be more cautious this time, as I too hate common names. But DH wants Jaxon for LO's name...i'm fighting it tooth & nail because i see it (or some variation of it) becoming more popular every day.
