Between my and DH's families, every single baby has been a girl. In the last two years, DH's brother has had two baby girls in addition to his SD, his cousin has had a girl and has another girl on the way, I'm having a girl, and my brother and SIL just found out they're having a second girl. Out of ten of my cousins' kids, only three are boys.
Someone in the immediate families needs to have a boy, or I will stop believing that baby boys are even possible!
Re: okay, I don't belileve in boy babies
It's funny when you think about it, there really must be 'waves' of gender.
Lately, most of the Team announcements have been girl, but, most of the PgAL babies born in the past couple of months have been boys.
Our DD will be grandchild #7 on both sides of the family.
DH's family has 5 girls, 1 boy and this will be the 6th girl
But my family has 5 boys, 1 girl and this will be the 2nd girl!
Predominance of one sex tends to run through the men... so you'd look to your DH's father and brothers for trends.
DH's dad had 3 boys and a girl, his eldest brother had 2 boys and a girl, and his other brother has a boy.
You can see the trend on my side... my dad's dad had 4 girls and 2 boys, my dad had 4 girls and 2 boys!
What's extra crazy is that DH is one of four boys. So far, those boys are making only girls! And my dad is the middle of three boys, he had two boys and two girls, and my brother now has two girls. Maybe after this first big round of girls, it will be all boys from here on out. We have yet to see...
They do exist I swear! Were gonna have a little man

My family has had all girls so far. My sister broke the cycle when she had my nephew this october, and now we are gonna have a boy also.
That is unusual! Maybe that string of boys is yet to come.
