Let's talk 3 mo. growth spurt

I think we might have hit ours.  DD would not settle in her crib for more than 30 mins. at a time.  And it would take at least that long for her to calm down to put her back to sleep.  We checked if she was hungry, wet, hot/cold, no fever, and she didn't even want the paci.  Eventually she slept for about 3 hours.  Right now she is chewing on her fingers in her crib.  Is it too early to be teething?  Any advice or suggestions?
