Oh, I think we would be friends IRL, Tabor. I tried for Jones or at least Jonah (had to be a J name) but DH just wouldn't go for it.

In the end, I decided I didn't care how popular it was, Jacob just felt right. And someone on here referenced a stat that showed that kids with common names typically have higher test scores, and that was pretty exciting.

Lila~~Our good friends named their daughter Lila Rose and I love it.

Tessa~~My good friend in England (was my foreign exchange student) is named Tessa and we concidered the name. Rather I loved it and DH said no. Sad

Nope, which is exactly what we were going for. Although, it was recently on a list of top 10 baby names of the future. They allege Matilda will be in the top 10 within the next 10 years, which I highly doubt since it just returned to the top 1000 for the first time in 40 years.
