Babies on the Brain

*sigh* time to be honest.

My sad pretense of a concern for semi-healthy eating/working out is a complete sham. I give up. I am going to engorge myself for the next several days and then just start fresh for new years. Thats a pretty definitive date that doesn't leave me feeling gypped over Christmas or New years.

  • You sound like me.  I figure I might as well enjoy the rest of the year and maybe make a resolution or two for the new year.

  • That's what I'm doing. I figure I will just be shooting myself in the foot if I try to do it now. And then I'll end up feeling discouraged and probably won't do anything in the New Year. Better to wait.

  • Me too.  I've been eating pretty healthy this week, but it's mostly because I know Christmas I'm going to completely eat like crap and then I'll have left overs afterward.
  • I also vow to stuff my face, and turn around in the New Year.  Last year, my mom nicknamed her butt her "January," because of the damage the holiday eating caused, and the realization the New Year brought.

haha love this! My sisters friend always talks about "befriending" her fat. As she says "maybe if I get close to it and then backstab it later, it will be more willing to leave me."
