Update on Spotting (bad)

The red spotting turned into heavy red bleeding with clots. I called the midwife's office this morning and they finally called me back a little bit ago but I didn't answer. I'm pretty sure it's over and all I can do is cry. I didn't go to work today because I didn't think I could take it there. I don't know about tomorrow or if I'll be going to any Christmas get togethers. We hadn't told our families yet and were planning to surprise them at Christmas.

I don't have anything else, I'm probably going to have to take a break from BOTB for awhile after today.

I'm so sorry. I know you don't want to officially "know" right now but you need to be checked out so that you don't end up with any hemoragging and emergency room visits like I did.

I'm so sorry Jen. I hope it's not really over - I had some very heavy bleeding with clots early on and I'm still here so it might not be. I don't want to give you false hope but seriously, I bled through a pad in 10 mins and it wasn't over so you might still have a chance. Hang in there.

Like that is what you want to hear. After my m/c someone told me "oh well...I had two before my first son." Uh, ok.

My last part must not have come out right. She was very nice and very understanding. Relating that she knows how hard it is because she has gone through the same thing a few times herself. She is also sending out a book that she read after her miscarriages that helped her get through it.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Take it easy and don't worry about missing any Christmas get togethers. You can always say you think you have the flu if you don't want to say what's going on.
