We went with Stanley Young America because we were won over by the quality. Yes, it is a little pricey, but I think it's worth it. We are getting the Summerhaven sleigh crib (not the convertible) and the matching armoire. We are using DH's changing table from when he was a baby and a bookcase I used as a child. We're also getting a Little Castle glider. Thanks to Christmas presents, the only thing we're actually buying ourselves is the armoire. Granted, it costs more than any other single piece of furniture I've ever bought, but as it's our only big purchase and something that can be used for years if not generations, I'm fine with the price!
we got the ragazzi furniture. It is a little pricey but we bought a crib that converts into a bed and plan on having the set be our son's until he goes to college! my sister got the same brand with my niece and raves about it!
We're on a bit of a budget since I got laid off in June, so we decided on the Hartford collection by Rockford from JCPenney. We ordered a crib and a dresser, and using a sale code, we got both items for about $500. I was scared they would be flimsy, but they feel as solid as the cribs and dressers we saw at BRU, and look really nice! Considering how little we paid, we're very happy with what we got.
