Our homemade salt ornaments were a big fat fail

I tried so hard but DS kept trying to grab the dough and then the one that I did get his cooperation apparently had some air in it and when I baked it it tuned into a big hand print balloon.

    Ours were fail too.  =(

    I couldn't get DD to hold still long enough to make a distinguishable print.  So I just let her mush the dough for a while and then tossed it.  The one I did bake ended up in the same boat.

    I'm sort-of glad someone else had trouble too.  It makes me feel like I'm not the only one who isn't great a doing crafts with their LO.
