We just finished a Kindermusik class through our local parks and rec department. We were in the Family time class and really liked it! We purchased the at home material and use the CD's everynow and then and our son love the musical instraments it came with. They really are instraments but some nice wood rattle toys. Originally we signed up for the Village class but they cancelled because not enough babies had enrolled. I think that class is more geared towards the babies but Family time is for a large age range. The woman who ran the class did a cool job of coming up to us with babies to tell us what we could do as an alternate.
Funny thing is we find ourselves singing the songs to him quite a bit and incorporating the movements we used. So workth the money! I don't htink we'd enroll again though as it is the same program and materials for hte next session.
