I had to google Carnie Wilson, and lol! That's rude.
Hmm, mine would probably be, "Wow, you have big thighs." Not a compliment, but an out-loud observation by a male friend. Another guy friend had to teach him that thigh commentary is really something you keep to yourself.
ETA: Oh, and it was made while I was walking up the stairs in front of him. I let him pass me right after that.
When I was a pregnant bridesmaid, one of my guy friends said. "we all look good, yeah, even you!". What? I'm not allowed to look good because I'm pregnant! Insensitive Jerk!
Two that are kind of related: i was once told that I looked like mulan and another time that I looked like dot from animaniacs. great. I look like cartoon characters.
when i was in high school a (male) substitute teacher told me i looked like Monica Lewinsky. WTF! I was pretty skinny and do not look like her.. AND how innapropriate!
LOL I JUST got told during lunch by a 60ish year old woman that she loved my hair. That was quickly followed up with a "I just love that Jennifer Aniston do. I wish my daughter would do that."...um, what? The 1990 Aniston hair do that was so popular? Cause my hair does NOT look like that. kthanks.
Re: s/o What's the worst "compliment" anyone has ever given you?
