Another FB pregnancy annoucement...(PIP)

My friend included this picture to tell people her and her DH are expecting. They found out in October (hence the pumpkin), and are just now annoucing it.

Thought ya'll would enjoy a prego pumpkin!

    To each their own.  I, however, will not be announcing anything on a pumpkin via facebook.

    2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
    TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
    Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

    Wow, it's like the greatest hits of annoying announcements - the "we," the "prego," facebook, and that it's a freakin' pumpkin.

    However, someone on Facebook just asked me on another person's page how the baby was and jokingly referred to me as Octomom. C'mon people, that was 3 1/2 months ago, almost 4! Keep up!!

    It's a friend from my old job (and a guy) and we used to harass each other like crazy. He called me a black cat loving witch and I'd call him a dirty old man. I can take a joke and the octomom thing wouldn't normally be a big deal, but I'm just like... WTF? That place was so gossipy, how do you NOT know?!?!

    See the "we" doesn't bother me. We always say when "we" are pregnant. I guess I see it as we've gone through this for so long, "we" are struggling with IF that it just makes sense to say to say "we" are pregnant.

    I know he isn't carrying the baby or anything, but we are in it together.

    Office settings suck when it comes to gossip. Some crazy biotch started spreading rumors about DH and I at work. I swear, nothing pisses me off more than malicious gossip....I practically had to be held back from bringing that biotch down a peg or two.

    I'm so sorry hon. I had a bunch of these after our loss in May - the only one I announced - even though I put a "we lost the baby" status update in the very hopes of avoiding those kinds of comments.

    I sent them messages, but they didn't delete for the most part. So I hid the comments so I wouldn't have to see them.

    Update: Got apology message back and he deleted the post. I didn't want to make him feel bad for joking with me. I just can't believe it's been all of this time and some people still don't know.
