How do you disinfect your LO's toys?

Our nephew was playing with dd's toys and I'm afraid he was sick.  He played wihth some blocks and another battery powered toy.

    I've done a water-bleach solution for things that can be submerged.  For other things I've scrubbed them with hot soapy water and spray with Lysol and then once that's dry wipe with wet towel.

    I have those Clorox wipes.  Do you think it would be okay to wipe them down with those then with a wet towel?

    Lysol wipes and I have a steamer... (I like the steamer for plush toys)

    yeah, this would be just fine.  Clorox wipes are a life-saver!
