Explain the 12-24 tizzy

in Toddlers: 24 Months+
What's the problem? Is it just that some people they don't like are moving up? That's all I could gather before I was just done reading. That and that we are a boring board.

    People are up in arms about Mod moving over.  I just came over here to see if this is where all the board went.  It's all newbies over there!

    I just hope that Mod being Mod doesn't drive the crazies over here.  I personally like Mod. I find her funny. Probably because I don't take her very seriously.

    Ya, they are dreading moving here because are boring.  Maybe it's because a lot of us have TWO kids, oh and TWO year olds. They are a lot of work.

    I am still hoping they make the preschool board. Any info on how that's comin' along, if at all!?

    I kind of like how quiet it is over here.  I know that if I ask a real toddler-related question, it's going to get a serious answer and I won't have to sift through a bunch of junk to find it.

    Yep, that's why I was always terrified to ask things on the tri boards or on the infant boards for DD2.  I just ask here.  :)

    It seems like a lot of the 6-12 monthers are moving over to 12-24 all at once and, from what I can gather, a couple are trouble makers.  It sounds like some ladies are moving over here early because they are annoyed by a) the drama and b) all the "one year old" posts (ie - first birthdays, bottle weaning, CIO).

    I get that. I moved here early (dd was ten mos- this was the only toddler board) bc of all the questions that did not apply to me.

    I'm moving mostly b/c I find that I'm not interested in a lot of the posts over there anymore. I've been posting/reading less and less.  

    Plus I just realized a lot of the "old" posters are actually here.  I did wonder where you all went & missed you! :)

    Frankly, I don't care if people come over a little early (but really... anything earlier than just a couple months is way too early to come over) but know that there isn't any drama on this board and we like it that way.

    We're boring toddler moms :)
