Sore throat remedies...

I have done the hot water with lemon and I am currently sucking on ice b/c it feels so good. I cannot find my list of approved meds (prematurely filed it away) but can I use any OTC throat losenges?

I did some Googling and it appears most are safe.

Sorry for having to ask this - I can usually find out this info on my own...

    Add honey to the hot water and lemon. That always worked best for me. Tylenol too.

    My list says:

    Salt water gargle, cepastat throat lozenges, chloraseptic

    for Cough:

    robitussin DM

    Delsym

    (I would also try tylenol)
