  My Mom's Xmas Cookies

  CREAM TOGETHER:

  1 cup butter, 2 cups sugar

  ADD AND MIX:

  3 eggs, 1tsp vanilla

  SIFT TOGETHER:

  4 cups flour, 1/2tsp baking powder, 1/2tsp salt

  ADD DRY INGREDIENTS TO FIRST MIXTURE. CHILL WELL. BAKE 375.

  I just made 4 batches of this easy peanut butter cookie.

  1 cup PB

  1 cup sugar

  1 egg

  bake at 350 for 8-10 mins - I made mine a little large and had to bake them for 15 mins
