My husband told me tonight my belly is huge. Then while I was getting dresed for his Christmas party told me my dress was like a robe. To top it all off I was told I'm still sexy from behind. Seriously??? Then he wonders how those comments made me cry.

I really think that men just completely loose their brains. I asked my DH if my face looked chubby and he told he it had always been a little chubby and that I was not "one of those super skinny girls" and then rubbed my chin...and I almost murdered him. I then stormed around the house rest of the night and he was surprised I was upset.

Sorry your DH is being so insensitive. We can corral all the douchy DH's together and punish them.

Oh man, stuff like this just makes me shake my head and be so thankful that DH is one of those men who know better than to say anything other than "no honey you look beautiful" :')

He even scolded me when I complained about how fat and swollen my feet were. They really were pretty swollen- i'd been on my feet all day, and he denied it. Man, you really should shake some sense into those men.

You should tell him "No honey, it's okay. You've never been a well-endowed man, but I love you anyway." :')

Ugh I'm sorry. Men can be so insensitive. Last night a guy from my church came up to me and said something like "wow it looks like you are going to have a big one!" And I replied something like "I would hope not!" Now I am going to be thankful for the weight of my child no matter what as long as she is healthy, but I hardly think I look like I am carrying some giant kid when I am only up 12 lbs at 28 weeks!

My DH won't say anything about how huge I am or how tired I look, but he also never tells me how pretty I look, even when I put in an effort. And that's almost as bad.

That sucks, mine is the same way except he calls me tubby if I complain about feeling fat. He does it jokingly because I guess he thinks I know I'm not really fat but yeah, I don't know that. There is a huge belly in the way, preventing me from really knowing if I'm fat or not.

But yeah I could prance around the house in a thong and he would probably ignore it at this point, not that I blame the man, it's really not attractive.

Mine told me my but looks "a lot bigger". This was at about 20 weeks, so needless to say, I'm feeling hideous now! The worst part is, I know my belly and everything else will get smaller, but wondering if the butt is going to stay big forever? It seems like it wouldn't really get smaller after the baby, even if I do work out and diet like crazy.
