I just ignored a call from my MIL

Do you think I am going to hell now? I really do like my MIL I am just in no mood to talk to someone today!

    I knew you would lift my spirits! I have to tell her we aren't coming to Christmas Eve and I don't want to do that tonight with the mood I am in

    I think you are okay. I ignored a call from my mom a couple days ago, for the exact same reason, wasn't in the mood.

    I do it all the time. Sunday DH and i went to the movies and she called me 4 times and him 3 times. I was soo ticked when i saw that...i called her asked "who died??"

    You dont call 7 times within an hr if it is not an emergency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Atta girl!  I ignored a call from my BFF bcs I didn't feel like talking tonight either....they can all wait until tomorrow!

    Kim, cleaning will wait...leave it for later!  (I'm in quite the procrastinating mood this evening myself.  Thank you cards are sitting next to me unwritten as I bump and watch Criminal Minds.)

    I screen or ignore all calls from my MIL. She only calls maybe once a month, so usually it's just to tell me family gossip I could care less about.

    LOL I almost ignored a call from my grandmother earlier. She is a real pain, loving woman, but a pain! I knew she would lecture me if she knew I was getting ready to go out and get strawberry ice cream. Anyhow.... don't feel bad. I am to the point that if I can't be nice I try not to answer. Especially to MIL.

    Talking with my MIL on the phone is like attempting to have a conversation with a tornado.  I rarely answer the phone when she calls.

    I have to admitt..... I never answer when my MIL calls. That's just me tho. She drives me INSANE.

    No worries - I've been ignoring phone calls for a week now.  I even turned the frigging thing off at one point.

    This sounds like my MIL!  Except she usually thinks that since she can't get a hold of us, that means we have died.  She's a tremendous panicker.I usually let things go to voice mail and then call her back if necessary.
