ahahaha, dying @ keystone light!
You're right, but I'm hoping it won't be horrendous tonight.
Are you in western MA? cause I'm in a Boston suburb and I just looked at accuweather and it says 2 - 3 inches on Sunday here - not what I would call a "major storm" .....
they just mentioned the possibility of FLURRIES down here and the loonies have gone nuts! I live across from a grocery store and its PACKED and I keep seeing people walking out with jugs of water. *sigh* I'm from Jersey so it takes a blizzard to freak me out to that level but the people down here freak at sleet

I'm in Southern/Central Ma (Worcester County), right on the CT border and it says 6-12 for us. Depending on the track, it will most likely be closer to 12....
Last I heard, we're going to get 8-12" in DC, most of it tomorrow. That's a pretty significant storm for us (biggest in 6 or 7 years). I sent DH to the store today to get a few things. We're grabbing bottled water, but just b/c we have a lot of busted water mains each winter around here and so we try to keep some on hand anyway. Our water was out because of a broken main a couple of months ago and I was dying of thirst.

You can't get beer in the grocery store in Jersey, so it still freaks me out everytime I hear about that. My first experience was spring break in Florida standing in the cold aisle. Milk... eggs... orange juice... BEER!!
I am literally LOL over here. I've lived in New England (Maine, Mass, NH), NJ, and NY, now I'm in Baltimore and people here are calling this thing "the big NorEaster" Really? Calm down. Its december, its snow, we have it every year. It's no big deal. We aren't in Canada where they get 3 feet of snow everyday.
Keeping my fingers crossed that I survive the "big Noreaster" LOL! I better go stock up on cookies and ice cream, in case I never leave the house again!
Oh and to the poster in Silver Spring, we have had 3 water mains blow this week alone so I feel your pain!
