J.J. Cole Bundle Me Question???

Do you put a coat on your babies before you put them in the carseat with the Bundle Me?

I live in Ohio where right now it is about 20-30 degrees in the AM, I am just warming up the car, putting a hat on them and putting them in the carseat in their PJs (to go to g-ma's house in the AM before work) with the bundle me zipped up (but not over their face while driving.  I don't want them to get too warm...

What do you do / think??

    Wow our LO's are so close in age. I put a fleece hooded sweater over their sleep and plays or outfits while in the Bundle me's (which I LOVE!!!!) We Live in upstate NY and at this hour it is 4 degrees. Yikes!

    I do what you do if it is like 40 or above.  Otherwise they roast.  If it's cooler or feels cooler b/c of rain I put a thin snowsuit type thing on them.

    We didn't - we just dressed them really warm & tucked a blanket around each of them, and made sure the van was nice & warm before taking them out to it.  And I live in MN, where it's super cold sometimes!!  (of course, we didn't go out much last winter either, only to dr appts)

    I never used anything but the Bundle Me and maybe an extra blanket tucked inside so there was something right up against the skin.  They were never really outside that long from the house to the car and the car was usually warmed up, so I figured they were fine.

    I just use the bundle me. They sre usually sweaty when I take them out. I didn't think it would be enough, but it has been so far. I live in MA. I do always bring extra blankets and coats/sweaters though.

    I wouldn't- to me that is the point of the bundleme. Although I got talked out of buying one after posting about it on here yesterday :(. Ugh....
