Doc estimated my baby to be 6.5-7 already!

I really hope she is off.. I have 29 days left.

    they can always be off you never know! Did they get that estimate from an ultrasound or by feeling or just by guessing with your body size

    My sister's first was estimated to be around 6 lbs and he was over 8 lbs when he was born.  Estimates are just a guess.

    At my 36 week appointment my midwife guessed my LO was about 6.5...but I know that's a pretty big GUESS, so I'm trying not to think about or worry too much.

    I'll trade you!  Mine was estimated to be over 9lbs on Tuesday.  With 3 more weeks to go!
    IVF #1 = BFP on 5/2009

    Same here! My baby's about 7 lbs right now.... growing appx 12 oz a week. YIKES!

    they estimated mine to be 6.5-7 at 32 weeks - yikes! We're doing a more advanced u/s to recheck that at 35 weeks so I guess we'll see then.

    mine was estimated just under 6 lbs at my 34 week appointment. i asked 0-3 how accurate their growth u/s were. most of them were off. i wouldn't worry.

    The weight is never very accurate! At my 33 week growth ultrasound they estimated LO at 6 lbs 2 oz already! Then at my 37 week growth he was estimated at 7 lbs 6 oz-still pretty big but in 4 weeks he'd only gained a pound.

    Don't worry, hopefully your LO will be just the right size!

    could be a little but my LO is already measuring almost 7lbs by u/s...my first one always measured a little big but he came out 7lbs 14oz so have hope!
