C-Section in 5 hours, can't believe it!

I actually did get some sleep last night. Probably because I had been up since 3:30am the day before! Anyway, ready to get past the surgery part and finally meet our LO. Hoping to have a speedy recovery and no complications. Say a little prayer for us at 11am est please!! And because I would want to know if I was reading this...I was planning to do a natural hypnobirth this whole time but as of Wednesday LO was classified as Macrosomic which is a large baby. He was estimated to weigh 9 lbs 12 oz! I do not have GD either. So I could not ignore the fact that there could be physical harm to him as he came thru the birthing canal if he ever did come thru. There was still no progress with my cervix and the doctor said the baby's head might be too big to engage into the pelvis and get labor moving. So with those things in mind we are now having a c-section. Will post a birth story after.
